Job summary

Xometry seeks an experienced Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability. You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain and customer success to drive measurable outcomes and manage budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program or project management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25% in a fast-paced environment. PMP/Lean certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain and customer success teams to drive improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks and ensure timelines.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and identify automation opportunities.
