Job summary

Bascom Hunter is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace and defense development and production programs at our Glendale, AZ site. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, test, quality, supply chain, and contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in A&D program management, EVMS proficiency, and experience with WBS/IMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of Aerospace & Defense program-management experience.
• Experience with EVMS and WBS/IMS.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-881 and ITAR/EAR.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from contract award through development, qualification, delivery, production transition, and closeout.
• Translate SOWs, specifications, and requirements into executable program plans.
• Develop and maintain WBS aligned with MIL-STD-881.
• Develop and maintain IMS with schedule logic, milestones, and dependencies.
• Apply EVMS to measure cost and schedule performance.
• Interface with customers and key suppliers as the primary program contact.
