Job summary

AGE Solutions LLC is seeking a highly organized Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Specialist to support our DoD customer. You will coordinate RMF-based A&A activities, manage documentation in eMASS and RTS, and liaise with ISSMs and SCA-Rs to ensure timely delivery of services.

The role covers status reporting, service request processing, and maintaining compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards at Chambersburg, PA on-site or Fort Meade, MD hybrid schedules. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
• 1-3+ years of cybersecurity or network security experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) or Management (IAM) Level II certification.
• Proficiency with RMF, NIST SP 800-37/53, CNSSI 1253.
• Experience with eMASS, STIG Viewer, Nessus, ACAS, SCAP or HBSS.

Responsibilities

• Assist DoD customers in understanding and accessing services.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct initial meetings with customers.
• Track project progress and update status in RTS or eMASS repositories.
• Provide weekly system status reports to leadership.
• Ensure all submissions include properly completed supporting artifacts.
• Coordinate with leadership to assign branch responsibility for new tasks.
• Review system topology diagrams for compliance with directives and standards.
• Review and edit technical and non-technical documentation.
