Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a highly organized A&A Specialist to support a DoD customer. You will coordinate cybersecurity assessment activities, liaise with ISSMs and SCA-Rs, and manage RMF/A&A processes from planning through reporting.

The ideal candidate has DoD TS clearance, 1–3+ years in C&A/A&A roles, and hands-on experience with eMASS, STIGs, and related tools. Onsite and hybrid schedules apply at multiple US locations; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred).
• 1–3+ years of cybersecurity or network security experience.
• 1–3+ years in a C&A/A&A role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding and accessing services for the DoD community.
• Gather required information to initiate service support.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services on the DISA Marketplace.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct initial meetings with customers, providing service briefings and project timelines.
• Track project progress and update status in RTS or designated repository.
• Provide weekly system status reports to leadership.
• Ensure all service submissions include completed supporting artifacts.
• Monitor and assign incoming tasks via RTS daily.
• Upload required documents into RTS and eMASS as needed.
• Coordinate with leadership to assign branch responsibility for new tasks.
• Update and track information within TLR as received.
• Maintain working knowledge of eMASS and repositories.
• Schedule and document A&A Categorization Meetings.
• Adhere to ISSM and SCA-R A&A TTPs.
• Support SCA-R personnel regarding services.
• Schedule and document SwARM reviews, ensuring results are uploaded.
• Organize bi-weekly MP concern meetings.
• Review system topology diagrams for compliance with directives.
