AGE Solutions is seeking an A&A Specialist to support the DoD customer base across RMF/A&A activities. The role requires active DoD clearance, DoD 8570 IAT/IAM, and hands-on experience with eMASS, STIG Viewer, Nessus, and related tools.

The position offers on-site in Chambersburg, PA or hybrid arrangements at Fort Meade, MD, with a salary starting at $65,000+ per year. The successful candidate will coordinate with ISSMs, SCA-Rs, and leadership, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• 1–3+ years cybersecurity or network security experience.
• 1–3+ years in a C&A / A&A role.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) or Management (IAM) Level II certification.
• Experience with DoD RMF, NIST SP 800-37/53, CNSSI 1253.

Responsabilités

• Assist DoD customers in understanding and accessing services.
• Gather information to initiate service support.
• Maintain knowledge of available services on the DISA Marketplace.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct initial customer meetings with timelines.
• Track project progress and update statuses.
• Provide weekly system status reports to leadership.
• Upload documents into RTS and eMASS as needed.
• Coordinate with leadership on task assignments.
• Update information in TLR as received.
• Schedule and document A&A Categorization Meetings.
• Adhere to ISSM and SCA-R A&A TTPs.
• Support SCA-R personnel and stakeholders.
