Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will participate in design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, and related modules to automate business processes.

Work with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to gather requirements, build integrations via REST/SOAP, create workflows, business rules, and UI policies, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven ability to create ServiceNow Business Rules and UI Policies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design and configure ITSM, ITAM, and other modules as needed.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
• Implement workflows and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
