Qualifications

• Requires a valid Minnesota coaching certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong background in and understanding of the sport.
• Coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building a comprehensive program and developing staff.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to build relationships with school and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to teach character and responsible behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the softball program.
• Coach and develop 9th-grade players and leadership staff.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to support the program.
