Qualifications

• A valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or equivalent qualifications) required.
• Strong background in and understanding of the sport.
• Coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing program-wide elements.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with commitment to positive community relationships.
• Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior.
• Positive, high energy, and committed.
• Presents well with parents, staff, and community leaders.
• Views success beyond winning and helps teammates reach goals.
