Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a Basketball 9th Grade Girls Head Coach for the winter season. The role requires commitment to high achievement and supporting a diverse student body. Schedule includes practices Monday through Friday 6-8 p.m.

and Saturdays 8-10 a.m., with off-season work as needed. The candidate should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of coaching or collegiate playing experience, with knowledge of coaching techniques and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Has at least 1 year of successful coaching experience or experience playing at the collegiate level.
• Demonstrates knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules and regulations, and training theory of the sport.

Responsibilities

• Lead basketball practices and games for the 9th grade girls team.
• Plan and implement skill development and conditioning.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in all activities.
• Commit to high achievement and positive student development in a diverse environment.
