Qualifications

• Must obtain CPR, Public Safety Telecommunications, and Emergency Medical Dispatch certifications within one year.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch services from a central center.
• Dispatch safety personnel and equipment via radio or phone.
• Maintain records, logs, and forms; assist in training new employees.
