Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and transmits all incoming emergency and non-emergency calls via radio and computer systems.
• Relays descriptions to police field units about incidents.
• Maintains logs, copies reports, and updates emergency contacts.
• Coordinates towing and security monitoring of the dispatch facility.
• Works rotating shifts 24/7 including holidays and weekends.
