Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and evaluate 911 emergency, non-emergency and business calls; transfer as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to callers for law enforcement related services.
• Evaluate the necessary response and dispatch calls using the CAD system.
• Operate multiple communications devices and systems concurrently and update information.
