Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a detail‑driven project coordinator to manage Sunshine 811 utility locate tickets for OSP construction projects. You will track responses, monitor expiration dates, and coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and QC staff to keep locate status up to date.

This role emphasizes organization, scheduling support, and documentation, with occasional field visits to active sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSP, underground utility construction, telecommunications, or construction coordination.
• Knowledge of Sunshine 811 / Exactix strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple tickets and projects.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, web-based systems, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly with field crews, utility owners, subcontractors, and management.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel to project locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Sunshine 811 / utility locate tickets for assigned OSP construction projects.
• Track positive responses from utility owners and identify missing, late, or incomplete responses.
• Monitor ticket expiration dates and submit updates, renewals, or remarks as required.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and QC personnel regarding locate status.
• Help prevent excavation from beginning when required locates are not complete, valid, or clearly marked.
• Maintain organized records of ticket numbers, response status, dates, locations, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate field conflicts, damaged or missing markings, and delays to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with project scheduling, documentation, closeout support, and other coordination duties as needed.
