Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to manage Sunshine 811 locate tickets for OSP construction projects. You will track utility responses, monitor ticket validity, and coordinate with project teams to ensure work readiness.

Responsibilities include maintaining ticket records, communicating field conflicts, and supporting scheduling and closeout tasks. Travel to project locations may be required as part of coordination duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSP or underground utility construction preferred.
• Working knowledge of Sunshine 811 locate requirements and Exactix is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to track multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Sunshine 811 / utility locate tickets for assigned OSP construction projects.
• Track responses from utility owners and identify missing, late, or incomplete responses.
• Monitor ticket expiration dates and submit updates, renewals, or remarks to keep tickets valid.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and QC personnel regarding locate status and work readiness.
• Help prevent excavation from starting when required locates are not complete, valid, or clearly marked.
• Maintain organized records of ticket numbers, response status, dates, locations, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate field conflicts, damaged or missing markings, and delays to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, closeout support, and other coordination duties as needed.
