Job summary

Wire 3 in Greenville, SC, seeks a Utility Coordinator to oversee contractor locate processes from ticket submission to construction start. The role requires strong organization and communication to coordinate teams and maintain documentation.

You will manage 811 locate tickets, input data in Notion, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely project progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in OSP/ISP with understanding of construction and telecom processes.
• Hands-on experience with the 811 system, processing locate requests and interpreting tickets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage locate tickets in the 811 system with timely processing.
• Input, track, and report located segments using Notion or similar tools.
• Coordinate vendors and local municipality locators for smooth operations.
• Oversee Wire 3's internal locate program ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Track locate releases and address delays to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure activities meet legal standards and company policies.
