The LPN will administer medications, maintain documentation, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to meet residents' needs, while supporting a warm, respectful care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to be flexible and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Supervise nursing assistants on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with physicians and families to meet residents' needs.
