Job summary

Symbia Logistics is seeking a Client Services Representative in Commerce City, CO. You will advocate for clients, coordinate with the Operations team, and drive service excellence while supporting growth in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The ideal candidate has a Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background and strong communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams. This role offers growth potential within a dynamic logistics provider.

Responsibilities

• Be a go getter and take initiative.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by management and each client.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.
