Job summary

You will run a 7-Axis HBM to contour, trepan, mill, drill and bore large precision components with tight tolerances, using G- and M-code, planning tooling and documenting results. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of multi-axis CNC HBM experience, willingness to work all shifts, and ability to pass tests and pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in multi-axis CNC HBM machining.
• Knowledge of G- and M-code; ability to follow detailed drawings and process instructions.
• Ability to maintain 0.000” tolerance and perform microfinish when required.
• Open to all shifts; pass proficiency testing and pre-employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 7-Axis CNC Horizontal Boring Mill with accuracy to tight tolerances.
• Prepare tooling, fixtures, and setup; verify with precision measuring tools.
• Conduct test cuts, adjust offsets, and document production records.
• Maintain clean work area and assist maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies during shifts.
