Venture Community Services in Gardner, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support daily care for program recipients and deliver essential services under the Residential House Manager.

Description

The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.

Schedule: Sun 8a-4p, Thurs&Fri 2p-11p, Sat 9a-11p

Full-Time: 40 hours

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Sign On Bonus: $1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees
