Socket.dev in Gardner, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals with disabilities with daily care and program service delivery. The role reports to the Residential House Manager and may cover their duties as needed.

Compensation is $19.50–$21.00 per hour for full-time work, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community.
• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.

Full-Time: 40 hours

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Sign On Bonus: $1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees

The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
