Job summary

Hyatt invites hospitality students to join its Corporate Management Training program, offering exposure to every facet of hotel operations and a fast-paced career path in the Hyatt Hotels family.

The program includes a 6-week rotation across departments and an 18-week concentration in Events, with a rotational schedule through Engineering, Finance, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Sales. Salary ranges from $51,800 to $74,300 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least nine months of relevant hospitality industry work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and campus involvement.
• Positive references from two previous employers.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month rotation through various hotel departments.
• Engage in Guest Relations, Events, and Sales training.
• Develop leadership and event-planning skills through the program.
• Pursue opportunities toward Associate Director and Director positions within Hyatt Hotels.
