Job summary

Caraway Home, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Contractor to support execution and reporting of our social program from November 2026 through March 2027. You will implement the content calendar, publish via Nectar across platforms, and help maintain assets and captions.

You will generate weekly and monthly reports, surface performance insights, and support operational workflows while the internal team leads strategy and creative. This is a fixed-term, independent contractor engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media execution or content operations.
• Experience with social analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Execute social media publishing based on a pre-defined content calendar.
• Utilize Nectar to schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Repurpose content for secondary channels with platform-specific formatting.
• Ensure accuracy, timing, and quality control of all scheduled content.
• Upload and organize social assets across platforms, including short-form video distribution.
• Support execution of giveaways and gifting programs as needed.
• Maintain quality control across captions, tagging, links, and publishing cadence.
• Produce weekly and monthly social performance reports using Nectar and templates.
• Track metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and data accuracy.
• Provide summary insights and competitive benchmarking.
