Job summary

Caraway is seeking a Social Media Contractor to support the execution and reporting of our social media program from November 2026 to March 2027.

This engagement focuses on operational execution, reporting, and system maintenance across channels, with Caraway's internal team leading strategy and creative. The contractor will focus on execution, data capture, and ensuring timely, accurate content publication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media execution or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Nectar, Dash Hudson, Emplifi, or similar analytics tools.
• Proficient in native platform analytics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repeatable workflows.
• Experience with CapCut or caption writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute social publishing based on a predefined content calendar.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor trends and conversations across platforms.
• Maintain tagging, organization, and data in reporting dashboards.
• Support light content editing and caption writing.
