Job summary

Artisan Council LLC is seeking a contract Social Media Coordinator for a 3-month engagement, fully remote. You will help manage multiple clients across social platforms, craft captions, monitor trends, and support content production and reporting while collaborating with senior team members.

You will assist in scheduling, posting, and engaging with communities, and contribute to growth strategies, analytics, and influencer collaborations, with a focus on beauty brands and products.

Qualifications

• 1+ year community & content management experience, writing/editing social copy with a focus on beauty brands and products.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter) and active online presence.
• Experience assisting with creator sourcing, briefing, or feedback is a plus.
• Basic design and content filming/editing ability (TikToks, Instagram Stories) and familiarity with video editing tools.
• Experience growing brand social profiles (followers, engagement, sharing).
• Moderate social community interactions experience.
• Adaptable to different tones/brand voices.

Responsibilities

• Support development, execution, scheduling, and measurement of social media campaigns for several clients.
• Support daily publishing across platforms with scheduling, posting, tagging, and QA.
• Draft and refine platform-native social copy with guidance from senior team members.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and opportunities for clients and team.
• Maintain and update content calendars; coordinate with content producers.
• Pull social data and prepare reports on metrics and campaign results.
• Familiar with community moderation and escalation across channels.
• Assist in ideating and preparing short/long-term campaign concepts and strategies.
• Support execution of social strategies to increase reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
• Identify opportunities for growth and inform content calendar decisions.
• Assist in managing client requests and ad hoc analyses.
• Monitor social listening for trends and competitor presence.
• Attend off-site meetings and content production when needed.
• Compile and organize analytical reports on performance of content, audiences, partnerships, and web impact.
• Build knowledge of emerging social channels and tools.
