Mockingbird is seeking a Creative Coordinator Contractor to help generate paid social content ideas, edit video and photo assets into fresh concepts, and accelerate weekly ad testing. You’ll work with briefs from the creative and paid teams and manage the content development process.

This part-time hourly role emphasizes hands-on content editing, caption writing, testing UGC for ads, and coordinating with internal and external teammates to keep projects on track.

Qualifikationen

• A proven content creator who has previously created social content for a B2C brand.
• Hands-on experience with content editing, especially for paid and organic social.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok from a marketing/creator lens.
• Familiarity with CapCut and Edits for video editing.
• Ability to translate consumer perspective into relatable marketing messages.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills for parents.

Aufgaben

• Create paid social content driven by briefs and eventually lead on briefs.
• Edit influencer and UGC images/videos for ad readiness and variations.
• Write paid social captions grounded in insights from the paid team.
• Monitor organic UGC and propose content for paid ads.
• Suggest new ad concepts using Mockingbird’s content library.
• Coordinate the paid ad creative process with internal/external teams.
• Stay inspired by what other DTC brands do in paid and organic channels.
• Participate in creative performance meetings and brainstorms.
