Job summary

Caraway Home is seeking a Social Media Contractor to support the execution and reporting of our social media program from November 2026 to March 2027. The role focuses on operational execution, reporting, and system maintenance to surface performance insights for the internal team.

The contractor will execute publishing, manage content across platforms using Nectar, and repurpose content for secondary channels while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media execution or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Nectar, Dash Hudson, Emplifi)
• Familiarity with native social platform analytics and platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Execute social publishing based on a predefined content calendar across platforms.
• Produce weekly and monthly social performance reports using Nectar and templates.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments and surface actionable insights.
• Maintain tagging, categorization, and tracking within reporting dashboards and AIR assets.
• Support light content editing (CapCut, native tools) and caption writing.
• Maintain day-to-day operational workflows for publishing and reporting.
