Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a diesel truck technician in Fort Supply, OK to safely operate, repair and maintain company trucks and equipment. Starting pay is $25 to $32 per hour with a $5K sign-on bonus and a 2pm–12:30am shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
• ASE testing and/or certifications encouraged, with pay bump once earned.
• Willingness to work a 2pm–12:30am shift and overtime after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brakes, suspension, PTO and related truck systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues to keep fleet operating safely and reliably; perform preventative maintenance.

Job description

Safely operate, repair, rebuild and perform maintenance on Company owned or leased heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment including rolling stock to ensure its ability to operate safely.

Starting Pay: $25 to $32 per hour. More pay available based on experience, certifications and skill level.

$5K Sign On Bonus-paid out in 2 installments. One payment of $2500 after 30 days the remaining $2500 after 90 days.

Shift: 2pm-1230am

M-F. Overtime after 40hrs worked.

We pay for ASE testing! Once you get your certs is .50 bump per T Series ASE.
