PLA is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance I Custodian / Janitor for the 4th shift in Riverside, MO. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role covers general upkeep, sanitation, and minor maintenance to keep the facility clean, safe, and professional for all employees.

This full-time position requires reliability, physical ability for routine cleaning tasks, and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. PLA offers regular pay cycles and comprehensive benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to perform manual labor and follow safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong reliability.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and outdoors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all facility floors daily to ensure a safe environment.
• Routinely sanitize and scrub washrooms to meet health standards.
• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Vacuum, sweep, and dust office areas for a professional appearance.
• Maintain outside grounds; assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
• Move equipment or furniture and monitor pest-control devices.
• Complete daily checklists and maintenance forms to track activities.
