PLA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II for a weekend shift in Riverside, MO. The role focuses on facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks to maximize uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, basic electrical knowledge, and welding experience. Probationary progression aligns with performance, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on growth within the PLA network.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Basic electrical knowledge; welding is a plus and certs are a bonus.
• Valid driver's license and trade school training preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance, repairs and preventive tasks.
• Work under supervision to keep equipment safe and operating efficiently.
• Assist with PM schedules and mechanical/electrical repairs.
