AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina, seeks an experienced RN leader to supervise nursing unit activities, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates scheduling and performance, and leads unit quality initiatives to meet standards and patient satisfaction goals. Master’s preferred; NE-BC/NEA-BC certification desired.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Master's degree required within three years of date of hire; if the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.
• Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
• Continue to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
