Job summary

Utah State University seeks a qualified individual to coordinate youth programs in San Juan County. This part-time position (20-25 hours weekly) involves recruiting volunteers, supporting 4-H clubs, and promoting educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to teach and engage an audience (youth and adults).
• Reliable transportation to and from worksite.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train volunteers and youth leaders to organize and run 4-H clubs.
• Promote Regional and State 4-H programs and support volunteer facilitation.
• Support Extension outreach activities including camps and leadership programs.
