Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience with youth development or 4-H is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, management, and support of 4-H Youth Development programs.
• Build and expand external and internal partnerships to grow the 4-H program.
• Coordinate educational events, contests, camps, and activities.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on program activities.
