Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of six hours in PRKC domains for youth development preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated with initiative; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in group work with children may substitute for some education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, management, and support of 4-H Youth Development programs.
• Coordinate and conduct educational events, camps, and contests with positive youth development.
• Build external local and internal partnerships to grow the 4-H program.
• Report accomplishments and impacts to supervisor, funders, and stakeholders.
