Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the 4-H and Youth Development program in Greene County by providing educational programming for youth in 4-H clubs and coordinating local activities.
  • Prepare youth for project and judging events and support in-school and after-school activities.
  • Attend night meetings, some weekend work, and out-of-county meetings; travel as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Civil Rights/EO plan and work toward professional development.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers to run 4-H specialty clubs and events; organize fundraising activities.
