Responsibilities

• Lead the team in your department.
• Promote a culture of trust, teamwork, and excellence.
• Communicate information from Manufacturing Leader to your team.
• Set expectations for team members daily.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Share resources, team members, and work with other leaders as needed.
• Serve as first point of contact for team member issues.
• Develop team members by providing feedback and assisting with evaluations.
• Inspect completed projects with QC to ensure high quality.
• Recognize problems and respond positively.
• Meet deadlines; work extra when needed.
• Promote clean work environment and PPE.
• All other duties assigned.
