Afinitas, a global leader in precast concrete equipment, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in New Hampton, IA. This full-time role features a 4-day work week and a 2nd shift, with benefits starting on day one.

You will lead the department, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement in production processes. As a supervisor, you will mentor team members, coordinate with QC, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and a collaborative work environment.
