Job summary

Nammo Perry is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality and production for assigned product lines in Florida. You will supervise, train, and schedule operators while ensuring compliance with safety and process standards.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, supporting IPT meetings with performance data, and driving Lean/5S initiatives to maximize efficiency and productivity on the production floor. A degree is preferred and prior manufacturing supervision is valued.

Qualifications

• Senior Safety, Quality and Production representative for assigned product lines.
• Develop and maintain high safety standards; conduct regular safety meetings.
• Oversee and train operators on safety, quality and production requirements.
• Schedule personnel, assign work, monitor progress, and report results.
• Support IPT meetings with production data and performance records.
• Conduct employee evaluations and establish accountability and goals.
• Engage teams to maximize efficiency and productivity on the floor.
• Adhere to policies, safety standards and good housekeeping.
• Assist maintenance and Engineering to keep machinery safe and efficient.
• Ensure proper startup/shutdown protocols and lean practices on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior Safety, Quality and Production representative for assigned product line(s).

• Train operators on safety, quality, and production requirements; conduct audits.
• Complete production plans by scheduling personnel and tracking progress.
• Attend IPT meetings; compile and analyze production performance data.
• Evaluate employees and establish accountability and goals.
• Foster Lean Operating Principles and 5S to reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with maintenance/Engineering for safe production.
• Lead and develop production teams to achieve targets.
