Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice, supporting pharmacy teams and preparing for a Pharmacist role.

You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, complete Key Learning Experiences, and work under a licensed pharmacist to ensure safe, empathetic patient care and seamless pharmacy operations. The role includes learning store, district, and regional processes.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and complete a comprehensive roadmap under supervision.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to patient services, including counseling and immunizations where allowed.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety in all interactions.
• Support inventory tasks, stock management, and cycle counts as directed.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to maintain high-quality service.
