Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real‑world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under the preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap to gain hands‑on experience in pharmacy operations and SOP adherence.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, provide patient counseling, support immunizations, and learn store, district, and regional workflows while

Qualifications

• Enrollment in ACPE accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Provide patient counseling and support immunizations where allowed.
• Follow all SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety.
• Learn store, district, and regional workflows under supervision.
