Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern role within our retail network. You will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice under a preceptor, gaining hands-on experience across store, district, and regional operations.

Under supervision, you will help ensure timely, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment, participate in immunizations and patient counseling where allowed, and develop readiness for Pharmacist roles while embracing our culture of

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy student enrolled or entering.
• Must be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring patient service.
• Support inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market as needed.
