Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you’ll follow a comprehensive training roadmap, supporting a pharmacy team to ensure prompt, safe, and accurate prescriptions while learning SOPs and professional standards.

You will gain hands-on experience across store operations, participate in immunizations and patient counseling, and travel to stores as needed to meet business

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture with high patient service standards.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and safely.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and certification.
• Demonstrate empathy and effective communication with patients and colleagues.

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern/technician licensure in process
