Job summary

Med-National Staffing Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate to support window manufacturing in a fast-paced facility.

You will operate machinery, assist on the assembly line, inspect quality, and prepare finished materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Training and orientation pay starts at $24.00/hr and 3rd Shift Pay increases to $25.00/hr once assigned to the shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment beneficial.
• Ability to read simple measurements and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machines used in window production
• Assist on the assembly line building and machining windows for hardware installation
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare and handle materials used in production
• Stage and package finished products for delivery
• Perform general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety guidelines
