Job summary

MI Windows and Doors – Gratz Plant is hiring Production Assemblers for the 3rd shift (Sunday pm through Thursday pm, 9pm–5:30am). Starting pay is $21 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret production orders.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing and moving during shifts.
• Team-oriented with good attendance.
• Committed to quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to help meet daily production goals.
• Previous team assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Read and interpret production orders for specs.
• Operate chop saw and fabrication equipment.
• Assemble insulated glass panels and install hardware.
• Inspect units for quality and package for shipment.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
