Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a 3rd Shift Welder to support the assembly line through MIG welding, tooling fabrication, and basic PinPoint/ERP tasks. Candidates should have MIG welding experience, familiarity with blueprints, and the ability to operate in a manufacturing environment.

Training on PinPoint and use of Microsoft Office will be provided. The role offers competitive wages, Day ONE benefits, and a quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding experience.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.
• Experience creating tools, jigs and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on steel and related materials.
• Repair tooling/fixtures/equipment and support line issues.
• Move heavy components using lifting devices (>35 lbs).
• Read blueprints and work with mechanical design concepts.
