thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services in Shelby, OH, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead II to oversee warehouse operations during assigned shifts. You will coordinate a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, and provide on-the-job training as needed.

You will ensure safety, quality processes, and input on employee performance to supervisors, with limited authority on hiring or disciplinary actions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in supervising or mentoring (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to foster teamwork between diverse activities.
• Ability to manage a large employee base across shifts.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and analytical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and adaptability in a motivated work environment.
• Familiar with project management and planning.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and follow instructions.
