Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Ability to lead daily operations and improve team performance.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound activities.
• Ability to monitor metrics and improve productivity and costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipping, including truck loading/unloading.
• Maintain organization, material flow, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate priorities to support production schedules and requirements.
• Develop and execute short‑term warehouse operating plans.
• Monitor performance and drive productivity improvements.
• Ensure operations meet quality, service, and cost objectives.
• Support production needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Supervise and coach warehouse team leads and material handlers.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and direction to achieve daily goals.
