Job summary

TRAK Group in Hamilton, OH is partnering with a growing automotive manufacturing client to hire a Logistics Training Specialist. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver training in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring staff are trained, certified, and equipped to safely operate equipment across multiple shifts.

You will lead onboarding, monitor progress, and drive program improvements, with emphasis on OSHA safety, forklift operations, and cross-functional collaboration with warehouse

Qualifications

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for warehouse staff.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant safety training and certifications.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing development across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing warehouse employees.
• Lead onboarding and ensure employees receive safety training to perform their jobs.
• Create and maintain structured daily and weekly training schedules.
• Monitor training progress and ensure completion, documentation, and certification.
• Evaluate employee skill levels and readiness to operate warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
