Job Description

Clark Associates company is looking for dedicated candidates with at least 2 years of management and/or leadership experience to join our growing company as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Manager. The 3rd shift team works four 10-hour days (Monday - Thursday), from 8:00 pm to 6:30 am, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. This role involves learning each department in the Distribution Center through a rotational phase, culminating in a leadership position on 3rd shift. Leaders and managers in the Distribution Center are vital to growing our business and serving foodservice professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality
• Meeting department goals in the distribution center
• Coaching and training employees on best practices
• Analyzing opportunities for growth, cost reduction, damage reduction, and efficiency improvements
• Improving productivity and process efficiencies

Candidate requirements:
