Location: Exton, PA (USA)
Onsite - Sunday-Thursday 10pm - 6:30am. (Training on 1st shift for 2 months Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm)

Role Overview: As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with planning, yield, cost, quality, and SHE standards. You will drive the end-to-end materials conversion process, support capital project start-ups, and ensure safety and quality in the production areas.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring production volume aligns with plans and costs.
2. Leading safety initiatives and ensuring SHE compliance.
3. Monitoring KPIs and implementing efficiency improvements.
4. Supporting continuous improvement activities.
5. Managing production schedules and quality policies.
6. Collaborating with maintenance, QC, QA, and warehouse teams.
7. Implementing MOC processes for production changes.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Technical degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience in GMP biotech/pharma/food environments preferred.
• Strong safety, leadership, and communication skills.
