Overview

Mfg Assoc Coordinator

Responsibilities

3rd Shift - (Friday-Monday, 9pm - 7am) or (Tuesday-Saturday, 10pm-6am)

This role provides daily support to the Food Safety Team and maintains all documentation required for FSMA and FSSC22000 compliance. Major tasks include:

  1. Monitoring Preventive Controls daily
  2. Creating performance reports
  3. Tracking action plans to address gaps
  4. Following up on audits to validate action plan completion
  5. Reviewing plans/models with managers
  6. Scheduling meetings and daily activities
  7. Managing Food Safety and training compliance
  8. Training employees across departments
  9. Analyzing audit scores and implementing corrective actions to improve scores, plant rankings, and GPA
  10. Planning, assigning, and reviewing work; coaching employees; weekly review with Food Safety manager
  11. Periodic reviews with Quality/Food Safety and Maintenance managers
  12. Interacting daily with Managers for accurate data reporting
  13. Collaborating with Food Safety Manager for weekly updates
  14. Coordinating with Manufacturing and Maintenance managers as needed
  15. Monthly updates with Maintenance/Engineering Director
  16. Demonstrating urgency and prioritization skills
  17. Working independently to meet deadlines
  18. Organizing files effectively
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $38,700 - $61,850, based on skills, experience, and location

Qualifications
  • High school diploma; some college preferred
  • Flexible hours and overtime availability

  • Food safety or sanitation experience or certification preferred
